Refund policy

Returns

We are happy to help and will accommodate most reasonable requests. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Within 30 days of purchase:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused items for a refund or exchange.

After 30 days:
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging where applicable.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on watch straps that have been worn.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (at our discretion):

  • Any item not in its original condition or showing signs of use
  • Items that have been damaged or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within five working days of receipt.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, first check with your payment provider (bank or credit card company), as it may take several working days for the refund to be processed and credited.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

All items are inspected before shipping. If, in the unlikely event, your item arrives defective or damaged and you require an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@northstarstraps.com.


Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Customs duties and local taxes cannot be refunded.
