EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your last item, without giving any reason.

To cancel an order: Email us at info@northstarstraps.com before your order has been fulfilled. We will confirm your cancellation by return email.

To return an item: Email us at info@northstarstraps.com within 14 days of receiving your last item. We will provide instructions on how to send it back.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

This applies to customers in the EU only.
