We use Royal Mail, for International and Domestic orders.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched (usually the next business day) customers in the U.K can expect to receive their order in 2 to 4 working days, or the following business day for Royal Mail Special Delivery orders.
International orders will arrive in 3 to 10 business days by Royal Mail (depending your location)
Please note that delivery times quoted are set by the couriers and cannot be guaranteed.
It's possible, it depends on where in the world you are located, how much you spend, and your countries import regulations; we do our best to help, but any charges incurred are solely the responsibility of the recipient. We do not have any control over any of these charges, and we can’t tell you what you may be charged, as every country has its own laws and regulations, if in doubt, contact your local customs office for advice on importing goods from the United Kingdom.

Our straps are made from Oxford waterproof fabric which is an embossed synthetic sailcloth material, the reverse side is leather with a water resistant natural caoutchouc rubber coating.
If you don't already know the size you need, simply measure the distance between the lugs of your watch where the existing strap or bracelet meets the watch head, you can use a ruler or callipers. Measure this in millimeters.
